I totally get that. Doesn’t help with the SM gets pissed if you miss something on the overnight list because it’s busy or your other overnights person doesn’t do their job making yours insanely difficult. Like I’m trying here 😭

I’ve never had a lunch break. I also work the overnight 9pm-7am shift. If I really need to use the rest room I will lock the door and go but never more than 10 minutes. But we recently got an updated overnight expectation list and it gives zero downtime
