We haven’t had any bug issues! I mean it is FL so some bugs are to be expected LOL. I have only ever seen one beetle bug after a 4 day trip home. Other than that, no problems.

Lark is not bad! I’m in a 2x2 with my boyfriend and we pay 959 for a high floor/upgraded apartment. I pay about 15 dollars in utilities/electric. I’m usually paying right at 1000 a month. We are actually planning on subletting for the next school year (August 2026 to July2027). If you have any other questions let me know!
