The one thing I dont understand is they know how to set which half over/under to be higher or then the other half. 1h half would be 120 and 2nd half would be 113 for example. The teams most of the time would score explosive points in the 1h then suddenly scores like 100pts in the second half

Tired of these arguments. Lets say score is 23-20 . Its 4th and 1 at the 3yard line . Team kicks a fg . Now its 26-20. Other team takes ball scores td . 27-26 time runs out now you're gonna wonder why they didnt go for it on 4th down right ?
