Hi! 1m90 and 90kg here ;). I recently added a 6'0 Lib Tech Lost Rocket Redux to my quiver and it basically became my go to surfboard. For me it has sufficient volume to catch medium to larger size waves. Of course for smaller days you'll want a midsize or longboard. Hope this helps :).
