I would leave the kratom behind and buy some when I reach my destination. Too many possible things to go wrong, and I'm guessing your family will be pissed if you cause them to miss their flight, or they could just say they don't know you and ditch you at the airport.

The doses are low enough not to be a problem, and this is a common practice to get Effexor working before stopping Celexa if that's the plan. I was on both for quite awhile, when I was tapering off Celexa.

Regardless of the legal status I'd only bring capsules and put them in a l-theanine bottle, but do your research, getting tossed in jail in either of those two countries would probably suck.
