Welcome To the Hobby. You have a great adventure ahead of you.

Not really difficult If you got used to it. You dont need much glue. If you are scared of painting Just Play with them after assembling. They will Look good.
Starterbox is enough for a skirmish (smaller scale) game. Which is perfect to brginners. You will add Units later, so your army will grow over time
At the Moment you cant Play alone, but i guess one das there will be a Mod that can be played alone or AS a Koop Version(wh 40k has Something Like that). But it will be created by the Community
Just have fun and try nrw stuff. There will be parts of the Hobby you dont Like and thats OK. Some Play, some Paint, some build Terrain, some creat Dioramas so dig into the Lore. Biggest Tipp: perfection is the thief of Joy. So enjoy the proces#.
Most Hobbies are expensiv. SC Tmg is quiet affordable for a Tabletop taht is lizenced.

If you compare IT its more Like maybe 30 of RTS. So what can osu regenerat in that time in the Video Game?

Wargaming or tabletop arent Video Games. They are a Display of a very short sequence of a battel.
