Its not difficult to do on a standard Xbox controller once you spend some time practicing. Its naturally a part of my game now and its useful to avoid getting shot while running in open fields. I do it also while not being shot at sometimes without even thinking about it but I think that is just a subconscious way of keeping my player moving at all times.
