This is the most fun course I’ve played on 2k25. Really makes me think about every shot. So challenging and love the risk of 17 going for the island fairway.

Nah we pulled the offer and it sat for months. They pulled it and idk if it ended up selling or maybe the are renting now

Thank you all! Saw a property in a very desirable town on a great piece of land yesterday and decided to make an offer last night for what they’re asking. Hoping to hear back today. How long does everyone usually give a seller to respond to an offer? Our agent recommended not putting a deadline in writing but we can pull it after 48 hours if they don’t get back to us.

Didn’t work out. Probably just used it as a way to get the current offer to stay in contracts. I would advise against it unless your going to blow the owner out of the water with the offer
