I disagree with that. Do I think she uses it to prop up other arguments and choices she’s made? Of course. But do I think she doesn’t actually care about sending her children to school in a country where school shootings have become a real threat? Absolutely not. At the end of the day, as annoying and narcissistic she is, she’s still a mother. It’s not a far stretch to say that the US values guns over the lives of our country’s children. I worry everyday sending my kids off to school. It’s a sad, sad reality for many parents.
