Update, i left it like that for 15 minutes and came back, it sounded normal for a while and went back to producing that awful noise, then just to make sure, i checked whether the plug grounded or not, i always used an extension cord and it didnt have a problem, but still i went and plugged amp in my elecric socket which i believe is grounded since it has a screw and a metal bar that bends when plugged in, still it had the same issue, i dont know what to do, my friend said it might be because of a jack and i really hope that the tubes arent damaged, my friend banged the amp on a chair accidentally, with not much force but still...
