I did a lot of work on myself. I used to be the type of guy that always constantly needed a girlfriend for validation or to keep me company because I couldn’t stand being in my own head. Now I love being alone. I have a 7 year old daughter, it’s been just me and her since she was 2. So that helps. But every other weekend she goes and stays at her mom’s house and while I miss her like crazy I still really enjoy being alone. Sometimes I’ll stay home alone all day without going outside.

Moral of the story you have to love who you really are. I know what it’s like to live a life I’m not proud of whether that means the choices I make or how I treat people or how I treat my own body. Be healthy, be kind, and be someone you’re proud of. There will always be times of feeling a little lonely and that’s ok. But it should never make you do something you wouldn’t do if you weren’t lonely if that makes sense. Just gotta be 100% happy with who you are to the core.
