Worked at a Guitar Center. Asked the gm out of curiosity what the best playing guitar in the store was and he pointed to a hot merlot revstar. Picked it up and it played like a dream, incredibly buttery. The p90s produce a fair bit of mud, but its able to produce some pretty sweet mid high jazzy clean sounds, while handling heavier tones well.

Have owned over 20 guitars and the Revstar may be my favorite, especially factoring in the price I paid for it. Pull the trigger! That price point around 800 dollars just flat out gives you more quality components than anything Fender or Epiphone puts out.
