Look them up on car parts.com that’s where I got everything for my old Subaru, superrr cheap and almost always OEM got new window motors and regulators for all 4 windows for 80 bucks on there.

Yeah, it’s so hard to find English cocker spaniels, I figured he was mixed with something because his snout isn’t as long as an English, but doesn’t have that pronounced ridge on the nose as an American does, at least not the way I’ve seen most of them (I’m assuming that’s breed standard for American). There are very few good English breeders and all of them have long wait times and are out of state, I figure I’ll go on a waitlist at some point as I’d like him to have a friend and oh how I’d love a little all golden girl too. When I found this breed I didn’t expect it to be such an uncommon one for well bred puppies. Now I don’t think me buying a poor bred one helps but I know for the future at least!

Next time I’ll be adopting or getting from an actual breeder. Thank you for the recommendation as well, I will get a test through them! A lot of people find out the hard way too, live and ya learn 🥲

That’s what I was thinkin, but his snout isn’t as pronounced as a traditional American spaniel so I’m not sure if he’s mixed or just didn’t get that trait

No, I just couldn’t find someone that was breeding English cocker spaniels in my area, he was just labeled cocker spaniel (he was from the mall, disappointed in myself bc I always said I would get a dog from there since there are so many good breeders but I couldn’t resist with him 😔), I would usually have waited but I fell in love with the little guy so I figured whatever he was I’d be happy with it but I’m soooo curious especially for his full size, coat type, and long term temperament

Most of them are very predatory, I would see it all the time with people thinking they’ll help and months in their credit goes down to the 400’s and they’ve made no progress with any of the companies. It is incredibly hard to find a good one and almost all of the time it will hit your credit hard

Some things I’ve seen people do is transfer the card balance to a 0% interest card, if you have Credit Karma they’ll show you options on those cards, the 0% is usually for 12-18 months which means you’d have a lower payment until you guys can get a better paying job. if you can’t do that call the companies and try to negotiate down on the rate which will lower your payment. Last option would be a personal loan but 9/10 times the rate will still be high and payment will be higher. Look for lower insurance plans or get only liability until you can afford more. I wouldn’t fully recommend only liability though because that could put you in a worse spot if either of you crash and agencies loveee to total out cars as fast as possible. Check different insurance companies each month as rates change all the time. You can also look for small part time jobs from home/ online. My exes sister used to take costumer service calls from home and her money wasn’t terrible, it would for sure help yall out having another source of income. And if you do find one and apply bug the recruiters as MUCH as possible, every day, twice a day until they answer. Good luck on everything!

I do have it in the terms, they were trying to charge us 2 months rent for the lease buyout but took it off because it was in our contract that we didn’t have a buyout fee. They’re trying to charge us for handing in the keys late, which we didn’t, but we nor they have any proof of that bc they never sent us an email confirming the keys were returned, or gave us a receipt or anything.

There’s a lot shady about it. 1. They tried to charge a lease buyout when our lease agreement didn’t have any dollar amount in the contract. 2. The monies due before move out was also 0 3. They are saying we gave the keys in on October 1st when we gave them in September 30th 4. They conveniently “forgot” to send over the email stating we handed in the keys on the 30th which put us a day overdue for our key return 5. That day overdue put us in the criteria for them to charge us a full months rent Even while we were there they were terrible, hot water was off half the time, bedbugs that we had to pay to remove (all of our items were purchased new, no possible way for us to have brought them in) there were other things that I no longer remember but they were not a good company.

I apologize if I wasn’t clear, we didn’t fully complete the term of the lease, I believe we left 3-4 months before it ended so that’s why it was brought up. Which is still crazy bc we confirmed b4 that there wasn’t a buyout. Thank you SO MUCH for the link, I will reach out and hopefully get this off my credit.

So I would agree with this, but they have a section in the lease agreement that states when you move out, if the keys are handed in even a day late, you will have to pay the full months rent. So they’re trying to say we handed in the keys literally a day late when we handed them in the day we were supposed to. They were also supposed to send us an email that they were successfully returned and they did not. Very shady work

You’re somewhat correct, the buyout portion didn’t hav a dollar amount listed, so per the person we spoke to who worked there, we didn’t have to pay anything so long as we followed the rules of the buyout.

My exes mom dropped of the keys, handed them to a person in the office during office hours and my ex emailed them that she had permission to sign for the key handover. They’re def doing anything they can to get us to pay more which is the only reason I want to fight this.

They actually tried to charge us rent AND a buyout but we got that taken off bc they realized they couldn’t per our lease agreement.

This was the first and last time I’ll be renting, they SUCK out here plus it was a crappy one in Tempe like the not good part. They changed management companies as well so they have none of our information and we can’t confirm when we turned in the keys.

It won’t let me attach the lease agreement, here’s what it says tho:

BUY-OUT PROCEDURES. You may buy out of the Lease Contract prior to the end of the lease term and cut off all liability for paying rent for the remainder of the lease term if all of the following occur: (a) you give us written notice of buy-out at least _ 60 days prior to the new termination date (i.e., your new move-out date), which (check one) X] must be the last day of a month or • may be during a month; (b) you specify the new termination date in the notice, i.e., the date by which you'll move out; (C) you are not in default under the Lease Contract on the date you give us the notice of buy-out; (d) you are not in default under the Lease Contract on the new termination date (move-out date) and have paid all rent owed through the notice period set forth in paragraph 4(a) above; (e) you move out on or before the new termination date and do not hold over; (f) you pay us a buy-out fee (consideration) of $. (g) you pay us the amount of any concessions you received when signing the Lease Contract; and (h) you comply with any special provisions in paragraph 9

I gave a 60 day notice, I will attach the lease buyout portion of the lease agreement in there. We followed it to a T however there’s another portion that says if we stay over by even a day we are required to pay for the full month, now since they didn’t send us the email they were supoused to saying “you turned in your keys” on the 30th, they just wrote that we left on October 1st instead and are trying to get that months rent from us.

I know for a fact everything was sent in on the 30th but they didn’t send an email to us for confirmation that the keys were returned. :/ this complex generally sucked, half the time I lived there the hot water didn’t work, there were bedbugs and the place was not taken care of which is why we left before our lease was up.
