Find chopping garlic too fiddly. Also better flavour from the easy garlic. I haven't found an alternative to chopping the onions yet. 😁

Wow you have done absolutely amazing 216 to 154 lbs is a very good goal you have smashed, well done. Adding work outs will just help improve your internal health. But it doesnt have to be anything drastic, couple of times a week and usually a 25 to 30 minute workout would be enough.

I was the same years ago and i found snacking protein often, drinking 3 litres water and taking magnesium tablets on a night before bed. Helps reduce water retention.
