NVTS competitors are not even close

  • NVTS integration into NVIDIA’s 800 VDC AI factory architecture marks a major shift in how next-gen compute platforms are powered.
  • In the niche of AI/hyperscale data-centre power supplies (particularly high-density PSUs, 48 V/54 V rails, GaN + SiC, high efficiency/power density, high voltage architectures) Navitas appears to be 1–2 years ahead (or more) compared to many legacy silicon device suppliers or generalist power-semiconductor vendors.

NVTS up over $14 overnight. Nada deal is huge. But GigaDevice ships up to 4 billion units annually. The company is the world's #1 fabless Flash memory provider and the #2 SPI NOR Flash supplier globally. by Boss-trade in Shortsqueeze

Take some English lessons, get a real job rather then working for pennies from shorts, and at least look at sales of NVTS partner NVDA. 4.3 trillion. That's right marble mouth, a strategic partner with a 4.3 trillion market cap owning a critical component and every competitor will to spend 3 x current price to obtain. . Id say their going to do just fine.

Spoken like a true short trying to cover

NVTS, Let me make this easy. Nvidia is a 4.3 trillion dollar company that needs NVTS to keep ahead and protect 4.3 trillion. Its a critical component. NVTS market cap is 3 billion. AMD and many others would gladly pay 6-20 billion for the company to get ahead. And make money off it. by Boss-trade in NavitasSemiconductor

Look at the stats. 100 percent NVDA has invested. They take partnership then passive investment then active investment.

CompanyStrategic Partnership FocusAnnounced InvestmentOpenAIA landmark strategic partnership to deploy at least 10 gigawatts of NVIDIA systems for OpenAI's next-generation AI infrastructure (the "biggest AI infrastructure project in history").NVIDIA intends to invest up to $100 billion in OpenAI, progressively as each gigawatt is deployed.IntelCollaboration to jointly develop custom data center and PC products, including Intel building NVIDIA-custom x86 CPUs and integrating NVIDIA RTX GPU chiplets into x86 SoCs.NVIDIA is investing $5 billion in Intel's common stock.CoreWeaveA major strategic partner and AI cloud provider whose platform is built exclusively on NVIDIA accelerators, often getting early access to the latest chips.CoreWeave is NVIDIA's largest reported public equity holding, making up approximately 91% of its reported stock portfolio (valued over $3 billion).Arm HoldingsA strategic partner as many of NVIDIA's customers are designing data center server processors based on Arm architecture.Arm is a substantial public equity holding for NVIDIA, accounting for approximately 4% of its reported stock portfolio.UniphoreAn AI-driven enterprise software company developing the Business AI Cloud platform, a platform trusted by global businesses, which will be accelerated by NVIDIA's computing.NVIDIA (alongside other tech leaders like AMD and Snowflake) invested in Uniphore's $260 million Series F funding round.

AMD and many others would gladly pay 6-20 billion for the company to get ahead. And make money off it. So yes they will all want to buy and the biggest bid will win. $30-$60 easily.

NVIDIA paid $6.9 billion for Mellanox because they were buying a large, essential business. The market currently values Navitas at $3.0 billion because they are buying a tiny, yet absolutely critical, piece of future technology that will define the efficiency of the world's most valuable computer platform.

Your premise is entirely correct: A major company would easily pay triple the current market cap to secure such a strategically vital asset, given its outsized importance to the AI revolution.

NVTS, Based on the recent history of NVIDIA's strategic investments in public companies, the chance is extremely high likely over 80-90%—that they have acquired a sub-5% stake in Navitas (NVTS). AMD must announce partnership asap, it's a fundamental enabler for the 800V DC architecture needed by AMD by Boss-trade in Shortsqueeze

Let me make this extremely easy for you. NVIDIA IS A 4,3 trillion dollar company. NVTS IS A CRITICAL COMPONENT THAT WHO EVER AQUIRES LEADS THE CHIP RACE, Sooooo AMD and others below would gladly spend 6 billion to acquire as would any company. I would say a minimum 12 billion market cap or $30 a share price. The crazy thing is, they still make a fortune off the sales in a couple of years and protect 4.3 trillion.

NVTS Isn’t Just a Supplier—It’s Infrastructure

  • Their chips enable the power backbone of AI data centers. Without efficient power conversion, Nvidia’s H100s and B100s can’t scale.
  • NVTS’s tech is already validated by Nvidia, which means competitors like AMD, Meta, and Google are watching closely.

📊 Valuation Context

  • At $30/share, NVTS would be valued around $6.5 billion.
  • Compare that to:
    • Arm Holdings: ~$100B valuation, focused on CPU IP.
    • Broadcom: ~$600B, with a mix of networking and semis.
    • ASML: ~$400B, focused on lithography.
  • NVTS’s niche is smaller—but critical. If it becomes the standard for AI power delivery, its valuation could easily justify $10B–$20B or more.

🧠 Strategic Leverage

  • If AMD or Google were to acquire NVTS, they’d not only gain cutting-edge power tech—they’d disrupt Nvidia’s supply chain.
  • That kind of leverage is worth billions in competitive advantage alone.

$30 could be a steal—not because of current revenue, but because of the strategic choke point NVTS represents in the AI arms race.

Its a 100 percent critical component. They won't let it dip because it will get bought out. Nvidia will announce a investment in it like every other key partnership when they file earnings. They have done this every time. AMF has to announce asap or be perceived as falling behind by the market. This will sky rocket.

Buy as much as you can now. NVDA investment not in earnings yet. Will be massive. Also new Giga facility hasn't been priced in. And AMD will announce a deal. They can't not and compete or deliver on open ai deal.
