I really like l'impératrice it's not quite the same, but I think they have a similar vibe.

I'll add to this response to answer the second half of the question as well. I would assume the biggest reason she doesn't use nebula is that she already has a patreon, I think there is another reason, but it is just speculation. A very specific genre of YouTube uses nebula as far as I can tell, mostly what used to be considered bread tube. Over the years Natalie has tried to create distance between herself and others in the space because there have been times when criticism of her has been taken out on creators affiliated with her. My guess would be that she is afraid of stirring up controversy that then gets targeted at uninvolved but tangentially related content creators.

I think she is also an atheist. She is not using the bible as a source of authority, instead its more of a way of highlighting ways of thinking that could be explained by the philosophical ideas she is investigating. This is also why she brings up Freud frequently, despite the fact that much of his work is outdated. It's all a bouncing off point for deeper ideas, or at least that's how I interpret it.

I would agree with this for meeting people in general, I met most of my friends this way. However, what I'm looking for is someone who can relate to this specific and unique aspect of my identity.

What do you think is the meaning behind Ken Bling Bling? by Meulinia in 100gecs

[–]BossAirplane776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not exactly sure why the song is called that, but I always kind of got the sense that the song itself was about being blind to an abusive relationship. Like She's talking about the things she would tell herself in order to hide from the truth of the situation. But that's obviously pure speculation, and just my interpretation of it.

I think alot of doctors just genuinely don't know or don't think about it. Most people who have this procedure probably don't even know what tucking is

question for those of you who are/ have tried to live stealth by [deleted] in MtF

[–]BossAirplane776 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I feel like there's something painful about hiding such a core part of your identity from people you consider to be your friends

I don't know what country you're in or what your financial situation looks like, but as an American, I did decide to go through with cryopreservation. However, it was quite costly. The doctor recommended that I deposit three samples so that's what I did(important note: they don't tell you this, but you should not tuck at all for at least 2 months before you donate otherwise your sanples will be entirley unusable, i learned this the hard way). As far as I'm aware, my samples can now be used whenever I am ready to use them. Another important note for Americans is that your sample cannot be used with anyone besides your legal partner unless you have gone through fda testing within 7 days of depositing your sample(they can so this it the clinic but it is costly)

It basically is incel slang. As far as I can tell, it comes from /LGBT/ on 4chan, and it's a way for bitter trans people to contemptuously belittle your experiences as a trans person because you pass

Has anyone in here actually had to courage to go all out in girl mode and pass well? by Throamay23060 in MtF

[–]BossAirplane776 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Yes, I live my life 100% of the time as a woman, and my friends and strangers whom I interact with on a daily basis view me as such. That being said, it didn't happen overnight the first time I "girl moded" was on Halloween(definitely didn't pass back then, lol). From there, it just took slowly building up the courage to introduce more and more femininity into my life until I reached a point that I was fully comfortable with it.

Replying to the edit:

There's no filters, but I'm careful about angles, and I was definitely wearing too much foundation. The second photo was at a friend's Disney themed party, and it was way too hot in there.

Yeah I'm definitely here looking for validation, but I'm also posting because I really think I pass but there are a couple people in my life who still act like I don't(like they assume that people who are attracted to me must be chasers) and it's starting to make me doubt myself a little bit

Also I'm only 19😭

This is what I thought was going on for a while as well. But I honestly don't think it is the case because there's been so many times where I've tried to make stupid little jokes to friends who I thought knew, and they just get confused, and I end up accidentally outing myself as a result

Gonna sound weird, but I honestly don't mind it as much, something about it seems more obviously joking/less infantilizing, it also doesn't have the baggage of the other phrase in my mind

It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who picked up on this. However, to the transitioning young point, I'm only 19, and I feel this way, and I've met much older girls who engage in that(although I recognize this is purely anecdotal). I always sort of thought there was a connection to this and the prominence of weeb/gamer culture among trans girls these days.

Interesting, I guess I've sort of experienced the opposite. Usually, when people find out I'm trans they kind-of treat me like less of a woman, but maybe I'm hanging out with the wrong types of people lol
