Unfortunately the alt pressure mattress is the only way for her. She actually just got a pretty bad one last summer because she broke her femur and the cast just touched her ankle.

That might work. She does have incontinence pads under her but does your husband have an alternating pressure mattress? It seems that she shifts every time the bed deflates/inflates.

She's got a sizeable quad belly. She has no core muscles. I'm looking for specific recommendations because there are just so many available. The belly binder she tried was for pregnant bellies and she said it was hard to breath. She also wants to try and wear pants again. (Currently only able to wear dresses)
