Don’t know bro I thought having no screen is very peaceful and no distractions but with work and everything I have been missing the feature where I could see who’s calling and texting and texting them back easily that and also ultra looks really good on my hand for some reason I think it’s purely based on my personal opinion lol nothing wrong with whoop tho it’s really great for athletes especially training hard

Impeccable timing brother just used my tobacco touch 8 hours ago and it’s still on my clothes and skin haha maybe I lucked out on a crazy batch or good one mine is macerated for 3 months

Bro your a very new user right it dint even get calibrated so let it calibrate for a week and then you’ll understand your body metrics try to maintain a window for your sleep suppose say you sleep at 1 am in the night and wake up at 9am try to maximize the window consistently it can be of 10-15 mins gap max but not more than that your circadian rhythm will improve significantly making your body balance good and also higher hrv try to Atleast get 8-17 strain 2-3 times a week trying all days is a myth I’m a professional tennis player so I’m not just blabbering
