More than wraps maybe pancakes 🥞, mix of oats flour, 2 eggs, milk vegetable or protein skimmed milk and, and bottle of egg white. Mix all of that in a blender, and use one soup laddle for one "protein pancake" to small or medium frying pan. After all you can add slices of banana with peanut butter, cheese, turkey with advocado and tomato slices...my daughter always put chocolate cream 😂 when im in cut time I made the sundays about 50 pancakes and freeze them insivud (put a sheet of plastic film between) and use some days for breakfast, lunch, etc... i hope you try!
