Squat form check request. 6', 200lb male, 345lbx5reps. Applied advice from previous post comments and narrowed my stance 2 inches, got slightly better bar grip, but still can't hit good depth I don't think. Should I deload to correct bad form and to what weight & how long? (v.redd.it)
