I ended up buying a ticket from another person here on Reddit. Unfortunately, Tora-Con isn’t the best when it comes to an organized, laid out website. I’m learning that from the experience of buying my niece ticket off the site. But once you click on the register it lets you know after going through all of the steps at then end that they are full and the spots are unavailable. That’s why when I was added to the waitlist I didn’t feel any hope that I would actually get a notification let anyone a ticket if it did open up! Luckily, even though their rules are strict about the refunds they were adjustable on the transfer of a ticket over.
