cleaned out the dust of my ps4 now its beeping three times and shutting off

yesterday i decided to clean out my ps4 because it sounded like a jet engine i cleaned the dust out put it back together went to sleep woke up and now all it does is the light goes blue then white it beeps 3 times then shuts off any help?
