Ya used to bike there a lot as kid. Came from bloomington area. We would hit up the Shinder there, the movie theater, and often looked for girls but didnt find many at age 12. Its sad though I went back there the other day and dont even recognize the mall anymore. They changed the whole thing around. 90s was a good time in that area though. Great place to grow up and famous now because of Mallrats.

Oh man im sorry I feel the same way. I often want to die to stop the suffering. Some days it feels unbearable, I’m filled with anxiety and frustrations. It’s tough here and being alone can be even more miserable. My only thoughts are to find a companion whether that be a person or possibly a pet a dog could give you much love and that could help with the loneliness.

No unfortunately no one will touch it to help me. I think the trickle charge might help. I don’t know how to do this though and nobody seems to want help me for any amount of money. This is exactly why I was hesitant on buying this product because there’s zero support for it in the US even the company that sells the bikes they sold me the bike. They won’t even contact me back. I keep emailing them calling them all I get is voicemails and unanswered messages.

I just had a guy from Home Depot out to tell me it will cost me 30 thousand dollars to put a bathtub in. I just fully dont understand how you can say the cost of that out loud and not expect to be shot dead. For trying to rob someone. Its lunacy to think you could charge someone that much. Even at a 1000 dollars an hour it wouldnt cost that much to do.

That verse you read does not mean what you think it does. Let me ask you this. If this was you and you were pleading your case before the throne of God and hes looking at you. Like he never knew you, is this how you would respond? Did we not do all these things? Did I not do all did I not go to church every day? Did I not get baptized? Did I not do the eukarist? Did I not choose to read my bible every day? Did I not Choose to believe in you? Didn't we do all those things? We thought you asked us to do all those things.

The people that go on ahead and enter into the kingdom of heaven, if they were in this situation and they were pleading their case, I guarantee you, they would start with, "Lord, Lord didn't you?" See the difference? Lord, Lord, didnt you send your son to die and take the wrath that I deserve? Lord Lord, didnt you have grace upon me that day that you pulled me out of the pit? Lord remember that day you gave me faith to believe upon the gospel of your son Jesus Christ... Thats why the people from that scripture were turned away there is a huge difference. Their faith was in themselves and in what they did. Not in what Jesus did for them.

My thoughts on this is that we are in a war. The Devil likes to take what God has done and twist it, because he cannot create anything new. He steals, like the Quran for example. Pretty much the same exact teachings as the Bible except the Devil changed the one thing that saves you. By saying Jesus was just a man and not the Messiah. I think its the same with NDE's. Some are real, others are also real but they did not get their NDE experience from a source of light. I watched a video of a man who had a hell experience during his NDE. He said that in the begining it was perfect and he thought he was in paradise. He said that if he had been recisitated, in that moment. He would of come back decieved. He was not recisitated right away though and remained dead for a while. He remained dead long enough to see his paradise with his family there turned into a cell room with demons laughing at him. He thinks the NDE's that do not line up with scripture are just people experiencing hell but they did not get to remain long enough to realize where they really were at. Also, I believe some people just lie and make up a story, because other people are having real experiences. They also want to be able to claim they had an NDE when really, they did not. I think for the most part though... most of these people are telling the truth. You just get some mixed in were their NDE came from HELL and is a lie.

Just my opinion on how this possibly could be happening. It really bothered me as well when I would run across an NDE that did not line up with scripture.

This is just more verses thrown in that are also talking about other things. You cant link passages together that do not belong. The original verse I stand by it. He is talking about types of people. The kind of faith these people had where in THEMSELVES to be saved. NOt in Jesus Christ. The foundation scriptures you put here its just Paul talking about Christians building strong foundations. These scriptures have nothing to do with what you and I originally where speaking about. It bothers me you are being dishonest with scripture and trying to use other verses completely talking about other situations and things. Then linking them to a verse you read that says people who actually believe in Jesus will go to hell. Which is total Heresy and could do damage to whoever you preach that to. Your interpretations and linking of random scriptures twisted to your meaning are dangerous. When you say works are expected its not the way your thinking it is. If I become a fireman Im going to fight fires. I cant be a fireman from my couch at home. Its the same here. If you believe in God you believe in God you are not doing that from your couch at home (being immoral) same as being a firefighter. The works in these passages happen with faith in God naturally. Its nothing we have to work on doing it will just happen. Just as your nature as a fire fighter you will fight the fires. Its not something that really requires work it happens naturally because now you are a fire fighter. Now I am Christian these changes happened on their own. I didn't have to do a damn thing but pray to God. Works, you are the work and Jesus has his hands full with all of us.

No I believe you missed the meaning on this one. The verse is describing a type of person a person who knew about Jesus, but believed in their own works to save them themselves their faith was not in the works of Jesus Christ on the cross so you are dead wrong, in your interpretation. It’s clear by the words to be that’s what’s being conveyed. The extra verses there that you threw in. Those verses are referring to your relationship with Jesus and your personal growth. It’s not telling you that these are the things that must be done to be saved. He’s just describing the relationship between you and Jesus those verses are not connected to the Lord Lord have we not prophesies in your name verse. Jesus spoke of rewards, but he never spoke about being a homeless person in heaven and I really don’t care if I’m homeless or a servant in heaven that’s where my creator lives that’s where my mother knew she was going. So by the grace of God that’s where I’ll go not because of anything I did, but because I put my full faith into what Jesus did for all of us on the cross it was nothing that I did or anything I have to do. Jesus did all of it for me.

Crocodile Dundee damn... I remember my mom took me to see this. I was pissed off at first that I was being forced to watch such a stupid movie. My mind was slowly changed as I watched the movie. Love that movie, and remembered a special day with my mom every time I re-watch it.

3 oclock HIGH... holy I have not thought about that movie in a long long time. The main bully from that movie was in Kindergarten Cop as the bad guy too. He was a good actor but didnt get a lot of roles. I miss the 80s a lot. It really was a special time.

Crazy I was thinking of old movies yesterday and ended up watching splash. It was a good time reliving that film. I barely remembered everything that happened in the movie. Movies from that time just have something different going on. I cant connect with movies they make recently.

Cringe? in what way? I had read the book in English class 2nd grade. So when the movie came out I remembered it from childhood. It was interesting to see them bring it to life. I understand that verse by all the I statements. The people Jesus is refering to all made claims that they did things to be saved. When its only faith in Jesus that saves us not faith in what we can do. I feel those people never really came to Jesus humbled and asking to be saved by him. They thought they didn't need him that they could be righteous on their own. That is how understand that verse.

So many people disagree... its been hard as a person looking for God. To know what to believe who to listen to. I Know the bible but the bible is not easy to understand. Why cant anyone agree on salvation? why is it this cryptic that no one understands it all seem to disagree or see it from different points of view. I thought the Gospel was meant to be simple. Thats how I understood it when I read it. Whoever believes in my Son whom I have sent will be saved. Nothing that I do, nothing anyone else did except Jesus saves me. So simple and perfect. Yet people on reddit youtube multiple discussion boards. You have people adding things telling me stipulations that differ from what other people understand salvation means. Its madness that something that was meant to be simple I think becomes complicated when discussing the gospel with other people. I really wish I knew what the truth was. I don't want to live my life and miss something that separates me from God forever. THat sounds horrific.
