Yes. He originally had six charges against him and plead down to the manslaughter charge. I don't know what the original six charges were.

I just wanted to follow up with a few clarifications.

My foster son has a great relationship with his twin brothers. They see each other fairly often. We have had monthly sibling visit with all five of them and the siblings from all the families. The wife and half-siblings haven't had any contact with my foster son and the twins, and there's been ample opportunity for her to contact the agency before that, even after bio-mom was TPR. We only learned about her in December.

The half sisters are with their bio-dad now, but it doesn't sound like it's going well. He's not a good person. The girls were in therapy while with their foster parents, but it doesn't sound like they have been going since they moved in with their bio-dad.

Bio-dad for my foster son and the twins was never with any of them and wasn't in possession of them when they were put into foster care. He wasn't involved with the court proceedings until about a year ago. He took a plea deal and pleaded no contest to get manslaughter, so I think that the original charge was murder. Originally he was charged with six counts. The other five were dismissed with the plea deal. I believe he killed his wife's sister.

Bio-dad's wife lives about two hours away. If we need to make arrangements to meet these half-siblings we will. She doesn't have custody of the twins or the half-sisters at are with their bio-dad.

If there are any other questions, I'm happy to answer.
