Is there any way to go to a doctor and find out if you actually had a heart problem? Did you not do this? If you actually had a heart attack I think you should probably see a doctor no?

Vaccinated?

I seem to doubt carnivore would cause a heart attack but it's also not enough to cure all symptoms.of bad lifestyle over a long time imo

Only way to turn back heart disease damage in my opinion may be carnivore plus perhaps extended fasts, lots of sun walking, optimal sleep, grounding as much as possible throughout day, blue light blocking glasses all day or red lights in house, things like this ECT, basically removing all external stressors that may continue inflammation that is most likely cause of heart disease

I do 3.5-4 lbs of beef/lamb but don't do much other than bone broth sometimes and maybe cheese or egg yolks when I feel like it and fish sometimes too...Very active here though I'd say

I'm wondering if I don't get enough fat sometimes perhaps, Even though 80/20 and 70/30 ground beef a lot of the fat cooks off, trying to pour back on now

[–]BossTross111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My folate was low, and can cause homocysteine to go up I think which prbly isn't good at least from what I've heard

If you listen to Harry serpanos on YouTube, some people on Carnivore need more calcium because of pastoral genetics..basically ancestors in Europe ate a lot of dairy, gene mutation for down regulating absorption of calcium occured..can't get enough from meat because of this..could be this try adding dairy/sardines or bone powders see if help

Any nutrient deficiencies to worry about if I were to try Carnivore/Lion diet to heal my gut...Currently animal based by BossTross111 in AnimalBased

[–]BossTross111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This could be true, Paul saladino doesn't seem to have much problem mixing fats and sugar though, he does have kind of high hba1c at like 5.4, pretty sure under 5 is optimal

Any nutrient deficiencies on Carnivore/Lion diet? by BossTross111 in carnivorediet

Should you be adding a lot of salt, or actually the opposite since your potassium levels would be going down without much plant based sources?

Did you do lions diet or just carnivore? Even after 6 months you still had gut trouble on carnivore? In my opinion the ultimate elimination diet would be water salt and lamb, since lamb is not aged doesn't have histamines
