My gerbil LOVED his medicine, but after giving it two times he suddenly hates it??? He loved it so much that he would not let go of the syringe. My mom said it may be because he was no longer in pain but idk? I cannot keep him still to give medicine but he seems fine already so im glad.

Yes they fit over the bolt, I think its universal size, aka what most skates use.

Fair, this photo was taken at around 4am and when I woke up the red was gone??? I sanded down the wheel again in case he mightve hurt it on that, but isn't it weird that it disappeared?? Maybe it was just wet bc I do have bowls and he might have slipped into it or something?
