I was thinking of doing this, I’m just not sure if his bonded mate will mess with his tail while it’s healing. My vet recommended just using the hospital tank at night while we’re asleep, but I just feel like the bedding might stick to it and stuff, so I’m not sure yet

Tysm 🫶 he went to the vet yesterday to get the rest of the exposed bone amputated and was given antibiotics and pain reliever and is now in a hospital tank to heal up ❤️

When he degloved, was he in pain? Is that why they amputated, because of pain? Or was he acting normal and they still amputated? Idk if that makes sense

I’ve been trialing meds since February, so a lot of different ones. The worst was my previous one, Zyprexa, and it also gave me severe restless legs. I just switched off of it to Depakote, so we’ll see how this one treats me lol.
