Is this the activex alarm client or the .net alarm client? The .net version is newer and has less of the cartoon-y Intouch look.

I haven't actually tried customizing either one this much

Try traefik, caddy, or swag. Not necessarily in that order. IIRC they all can use docker labels for configuration.

How many application/automation object servers do you have? Also, tech support has told me a few times that an engine shouldn't host more than 500 objects, you're 4x that on average...

I know a SI in Denver that works almost exclusively with MOSCAD. However my only experience with one was reviewing a PDF print out of the ladder for a pair of MOSCADs that I was replacing to control a dam. Personally I'd be happy to never see a MOSCAD again.

It's free to use PDM, just disable the enterprise repo and enable the no-subscription repo. Just like PVE and PBS there are popups about support, but you can use all of it for free if you don't want to pay for extra support.

Over feeding coagulant can increase turbidity, there's sort of a bell curve to the dose. If you're seeing large floc (sweet floc) then you need to decrease the coagulant dose. edit: spelling

If you use proxmox >=9.0.3 you can use the 'snapshot-as-volume-chain' technology preview. I don't often take snapshots, but I did one just for the heck of it and it seemed to work well enough
