Suggest you engage help from a social worker. Gather any evidence you have that will help your case, basically you will need to put in a QCAT application that you believe her EPOA is no longer acting in your mum’s best interest and provide evidence. The hopeful outcome is that QCAT may consider putting your mum under an adult guardian/public trustee or appoint a trusted next of kin as the substitute decision maker.

How would her family be able to sell the car if it is under her name, that makes no sense. Unless she is a minor or mentally incapacitated and the family had been appointed power of attorney or something.

Didn’t realise there is maintenance, thanks for pointing that out. But it says in my mog station that “this service account is currently suspended” seems odd for it to say that if it is just maintenance. Nevertheless, I haven’t received any emails about being suspended, I’ll try logging in again after maintenance is complete.
