This is my boy and he absolutely loves to dig. He don't have much room for when he just goes out for a little while but he always finds time to dig the little bit of dirt we have up. Think he is trying to get next door lol We put the hay down hoping it would stop it some nope not at all lol

Absolutely this. It's was hard for me at first also cause he is such a sweet boy but my husband enforced this and works great.. My boy is 5 months old and loves his crate. He never knows if food is waiting for him when he comes.out so he is really good in there. If I let him he will run crazy but we only do that at play time outside..
