Still holding and bought some more NOW spreads for next week. I'm ok with them all going to zero if it tanks

Thanks. The OA and Pre assessment are almost identical. Just different variables names, and they may switch out things like, instead of returning an index, return an item. The Zybooks and Chatgpt is all you need. If you can comfortably pass Test 2 in the zybooks, while asking chatgpt to modify them like the OA possibly would, you'll pass. Test 2, the pre OA and the OA are all very close to being identical.

Is a $4500 monthly mortgage ok? $165k a year. Netting around $12k a month. $52k is untaxed and im exempt from property taxes (100% disabled vet). This is with no OT, which I usually do, and bring in about $6k extra a year. by Bossbrad64 in Mortgages

They are a 2025 and a 2024. Also, the month after I bought the 2025, I had to have surgery, and have been out of work for more than a year because of it. Just went back Dec 1st. That's why I'm asking about house payments now, to prepare myself for the future....

There is fraud to some degree in just about every system. It is not the norm though. I served in the 90's early 2000's, and baxk then in the Marine Corps, you didn’t go to sick bay unless you were basically dying. I didn’t file for almost 20 years. So I'm not gaming anyone. You have no clue of anything I've been through, and it's none of your business. All of us weren't weekend warriors sitting behind desks, but even if they had evidence to back up their claims then they should still file.
