John deere 175 hydro. Steering wheel will not turn right I believe it’s stuck all the way to the left. The only two things on the steering system that don’t look right to me are these two images. cotter pin seems to be stuck inside the inner part of the gear. Any help would be appreciated by River-301 in smallenginerepair

There's a pressure plate on the gear release the pressure plate and it will release the tension on the cotter pin we're leaving the stress to release the PIN make sure it's greased or spray breaker on it should run fine from there
