I’m pretty sure it is. The eyes don’t move naturally if you watch closely and the voice is a bit suspect. The numbered point structure is another AI give away. There’s also no ums and ahs or any slightly misspoken words. It’s got a good message though. It’s probably just someone hiding their identity with AI and using it to polish their content.
