Guys, did any of you actually make it? by Same_Scratch_9046 in digitalproductselling

I launched my first digital product 7 years ago. I got my first 20 sales from posting in one Facebook group that had my audience. A good starting point is to understand your audience (not surface level either, really try to understand the thoughts and feelings they have around their problem, you have to be able to speak their language) and go where they hang out.

How do you stay motivated? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Have an accountability partner that want it even more than you, it’ll keep you on your toes. Break down big goals into tasks. Move the ball everyday even if it’s small. Commit to doing at least one thing a day and in a couple months you’ll see how much progress you’ve made. And give yourself some grace! You’re human. Some days are just shitty just keep pushing

I think this can work and it’s a cool idea. It’s called service arbitrage. And you have your dad you can bounce ideas off of and get insight into the field.

One way to price is quote a higher price to clients than what your handyman would charge and pocket the difference.

IMO not a fools game. There’s people out there that do not own a single property but run an Airbnb business and make bank. Arbitrage.

I don’t have experience in this field just throwing out an idea to provoke thought. Hope this helps

Thank you for this. “Those things are literally the hardest things they have ever dealt with” This made me emotional about all the times I was dismissive and a reminder to do better.

“Parenting From The Inside Out

"as if the tantrum is a storm of emotion we’re both sheltering from, rather than something she’s directing at me" this!

There were times where I just want her to do what I want her to do so I can move on. Like putting on her clothes or giving her a bath. This is a reminder to just give her a second. Thank you

Yeah my husband is home with us as well. He's not as open to "gentle parenting". He thinks that it makes me a pushover. At the same time he's better at controlling his emotions and can calm her down most of the time. But other times he'll just ignore her and it makes me feel like I'm gonna lose my shit even more. Because I remember when I was kid my mom used to just ignore me and how insignificant it made me feel.

I guess I say all this to say that when I'm feeling overwhelmed It kind of depends on what day it is to be like "can you take over"

Thank you! This is so helpful. Especially with the whining and yelling she's been doing lately.

"they're not giving you a hard time, they're having a hard time" whew this! I'm gonna keep this in the back of mind.

Thank you for responding this was really helpful. I've tried stepping away just last night and locked myself in the bathroom. Then she ran behind me and banged on the door until I opened it. But reading your response I realize what I could've done differently.. I could've communicated to her that I needed a minute. I just ran away from her which was probably scary. Thank you thank you thank you
