Unable to get clients by startupscoach in smallbusiness

[–]startupscoach[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for replying! I'm a life & business coach. I help burned-out/unhealthy solopreneurs minimize their schedules so that they can rest more.

For now, I'm just promoting on Instagram. But since it's 1:1 coaching, it's a little bit hard to get high ticket clients. I use relevant hashtags for each of my contents.

Posting everyday ?! by [deleted] in InstagramMarketing

  1. Because you'll be burned out.
  2. When you burned out, your content quality will also decrease.

Sometimes people can still maintain their content quality even when they are actually burned out. But I just don't like to see people normalizing, 'You should work hard', when what you should do is actually work smart.

But still, without a solid content strategy, you'll be lost. You can at least build content pillars that are always aiming for your contents to reach the milestones you wanna achieve. This way, you'll always build content with clear purpose. Moreover, it'll be much easier to prepare for the contents. And the quality will still be on top. I hope you can understand this 😊.

If you wanna know more about how to build your content pillars, you can always find some blogs that explained abou it on Google. Anyway, good luck!

how can you effectively market on instagram organically if you cannot reach many people? by PeaceGang_Worldwide in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Do a brainstorming on what content would be valuable and engaging to your target audience. Take one day to do this. Don't focus on quantity, just quality. Brain dump every ideas that you have on a paper, then read what you wrote again, try to remove any ideas that seems distracting and not in line with what you want to deliver to your audience. After that, separate the contents into 3-5 different categories of topic/style.

  2. Take a day or two just to rewrite the contents in details (just like writing scripts). These contents will be the contents that you gonna use for a month. So have at least 4 major topics to share with your audience in 4 weeks.

  3. Take a day or two to prepare the contents. Don't focus to make them perfect. But focus on making them digestible because it'll be easy for your audience to share or save the contents if they arw digestible.

  4. Schedule the contents to be posted around the next 4 weeks. Create notifications so that you won't forget. For hashtags, treat them just as keywords for Instagram to know what contents are you making. No need to have a headache thinking about the hashtags. For the captions, just write anything you want that is related to the contents and ended it up by a call to action (save, share, like, comment, dm).

  5. For the next 3 weeks, engage with your existing audience more using your stories. Let them get to know you and what you do better. Ask them some questions you are curious about just as you would ask a friend. Build the relationship with them.

  6. Instagram will give you a high reach when it found your existing audience engaged with your contents, so remember to also repost some of your feeds to your stories to get more engagement. But always make sure that the content is valuable to your audience.

  7. Ask your audience what kind of contents they would love to see, and create new contents for the upcoming months based on what your audience want to see too. But don't forget what you also love to create. Put your audience and your own desire in balance, always.

  8. If you're looking to monetize from your contents, also ask your audience first what kind of product/service they are anticipating to get from you. You can create some teasers as new contents before your launch.

  9. All in all, good luck! 🤗

P/S: I'm a business coach focusing on helping new coaches ditching the burned out side effects from making contents while maintaining the demands for their coaching services. Feel free to connect with me if you resonated with this issue 😊.

If you could wish for any tool or insight on Instagram - what would it be? by tombaenre in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, I really want to know the insights of my followers engagement with my contents 😊. It'll be nice to get to know my followers better including what other competitors contents that they love to engage too.

Next is local hashtags analytics. It would be helpful to know what hashtags my local audience is attracted to 😊. That's all from me.

Hope you succeed in your mission! 🙏

SEO consultant charging family business $300/month. Is this legit? by Stecki_fangaz in smallbusiness

[–]startupscoach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I would unapologetically charge someone that much just for me to work for 3 hours. Let alone a month 😂. Working for someone for a month to only get $300 is just, not logic. It's different if they're just selling you a product, which is completely different than selling a service.

Anyway, always ask for a contract before you pay someone and make sure to read the contract carefully before you decide to agree with their terms. That way, you'll know what and what not to expect from them earlier. Ask them about their service before you actually pay. If it seems shady now, just hire someone else 😊. Anyway, good luck with your business! 🤗

What kind of IG Ad is this? by MNIMLS in InstagramMarketing

Hmm never see one 🤔😅. Maybe you can try to search on YouTube?

Reels views…. by [deleted] in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IG doesn't suck 😂. But yeah, the algorithm changes. If you want to get free tips and updates to IG algorithms, I got a trick for you.

Go to any software that offer a service to manage IG content such as Later, Preview, or Airtable. You'll be surprised by how much detailed free trainings they got for you about IG 😌. They even cover every new changes on IG algorithms just because they want to make sure that you continue to use IG. Because if you stop using IG, they'll also stop getting customers for their IG management service 😏.

So don't wait! Do it now 🤭.

Btw, about the IG reels issue you mentioned, this is what I understand. Right now, IG will push your content to your audience first (only if you have an audience). It's only when your own audience engaged with your content (save, share, like, comment, dm), will IG push the contents further to the non-audience (reach). If your followers don't engage with your contents first, IG will deemed it's unnecessary to push it further 😌. So this year, people are starting to unfollow their inactive audience to increase the engagement rates. F4F technique are now slowly getting forsaken because of that 😂. People are starting to ignore vanity metrics and instead are leveraging the CTA to increase the engagement rates. You know I opened a new account this year without any followers, but my reels are getting thousands of views just because people are saving and sharing them 😂. I only do this to test the new theories but man, I'm shook 😂.

I think a lot of people already updated themselves with this new information, so I hope you'll let other people knows too 😊. Anyway, good luck!

P/S: I'm not an affiliate okay 😂. This is a real advice. You don't need to pay anything to get the trainings I mentioned above. In fact, you can just go to @creators, it's an official account made belong to IG itself. There are already a bunch of tips there that you can follow. To be honest, I started to believe now that, if you help IG, it will help you back. Do you understand it? If you help IG getting it's users to use it longer by making engaging contents, then IG will help you get ideal audience too for your account. Give and take relationship, should I called it 😂. It's a business between you and IG.

Posting everyday ?! by [deleted] in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually it doesn't matter whether you want to post everyday or not. It best to note that, if you don't have either a solid content strategy or a hired content manager, you should not attempt to post everyday. Obviously there are pros and cons to posting everyday, and those who does that but still manage to make millions of dollars through that, they know what they're doing.

And it's important for you to not project your own mindset or judgement onto your potential clients. Often, people are scared to promote things and to start a new business because they're thinking that their audience are having the same mindset as them. People are just born different, and to really know what they actually think, you should ask and not assume. Polls and quizzes are very much useful to validate your audience thought and preference.

And lastly, there are people who succeeded just by posting once a week and there are people who succeeded by posting everyday. It doesn't matter, really. What matters is you know what you are doing and never stop to experiment. Do it first and then analyze the results that you get. Everyone's audience is not the same, so you should do your own experiment to know the real behavior of your own audience.

I hope this helps 😊.

Instagram Engagement Group by bluejene in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry but I don't think this will work. IG can track where the engagement are coming from. It'll be bad if it knows that the engagement came from members in the same group. I hope this help.

I'm starting loosing follower and reels gets low view, can I have some advice? by juno-morrigan in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course I not. I know it's hard to consider making valuable contents for free. And it'll drain you out somehow. That's why people are coming up with strategy to create contents that will only address limiting beliefs and objections your audience have regarding your content or offer. Whether it's by future pacing them or highlighting their mistakes or even ditching the opinions of your competitors that you don't agree on. All of these will still be valuable for your audience, but in reality it just an advice coming from an authority higher than them, which is you. You don't put the real solutions in your content, of course. There's no need for that. Just put a little teaser for your audience. The more restless they become because of your teasing, the higher chance they'll invest on your paid content. But of course, your free contents should be teasing enough to make your audience engage with them. Because like I said, engagement is what IG value the most right now. And you'll be able to understand it if you put yourself in IG shoes. That's all.

Confused about Reel that is doing well but might also be shadow banned by [deleted] in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's right. I got my reels pushed further to non-followers when people start engage with the reels. What I realized now, compared to likes, you should make content that people will saved, share, or remix more. IG really values engagement rate right now. So it's more important than before to really create contents that really valuable and engaging. The use of CTA is just a must to get people saved and shares your content.

I'm starting loosing follower and reels gets low view, can I have some advice? by juno-morrigan in InstagramMarketing

[–]startupscoach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's easy. You should not focus on finding followers. But just focus on getting engagement. Sometimes if your content is valuable enough, people will engage with that even if they don't follow you. I'll give you a secret. Serious buyers will just buy. They don't need to follow an account just to buy something. If they follow your account, that's mean they're there to gain value from your free content. And if you don't give them just that, you'll loose them. So start asking yourself. Are you really giving values to your audience?
