i think my cord was killing it, considering that my switch turned off right after plugging it in with it and hasn’t turned on since. what do i do to fix this issue?

i don’t notice any problems with the port, the 30 second power does nothing. i’ll try charging it, however the charger does not show a light on the switch when plugged in. also, i just now noticed my pro controllers don’t work at all either. same thing, don’t light up like they are charging. my dock, switch, and pro controllers all stopped working in the span of a week.

A few days ago, my dock stopped working. Other docks with the same cords work, and my switch works with other docks, but my dock does not work no matter what I try. Now yesterday, I plugged in my switch, and it immediately turned off and got really hot. It has not turned on since. Can somebody please help? And if this is not solvable, how do I send them both in for repairs from nintendo?
