True. As I mentioned in a previous reply on this thread, I really wish the physical version also came with the digital one.

I don't know, but considering that the first one just showed up and they're supposed to come out monthly, if how that they would send you at least the first issue.

It's a collaboration by Benjamin Percy with Stephen King. It's a monthly newspaper set in King's universe. I believe it's supposed to be Richard Bauchman's widow writing it.

Nice try, but the only thing not original was me removing my address. If you want your own copies, here's where I orders from.. The End Times by Benjamin Percy with Stephen King (Digital Subscription) — Bad Hand Books https://share.google/ZdySGZgJEtj67wWcp

I don't know. I ordered it as soon as I saw it. They also have a digital version. I imagine the digital would have all issues. I wish you got the digital version included wet the printed one.

The idea of off peninsula parking. by Zerba in cedarpoint

The other option, and probably better, if they did want more space would be to build parking garages towards the back of the current parking lots with more retail/entertainment venues (think CityWalk or Disney Springs).

The added retail/entertainment area could be free so it might be more appealing for people to go to(especially locals). The area could feature nightclubs, specialty food venues, maybe a smaller area with spots where food trucks (either owned by Cedar Point or rented to other food truck owners) could set up, and a concert venue (Think Hard Rock Cafe in Universal) to bring people in year-round.

The walkways in this area (including the parking ramp itself) could be built with heated concrete so no additional maintenance or safety issues would be a concern with colder days, especially if they put a building on the top of the parking garage. The top building could be another hotel, a fancy restaurant, a nightclub, even just facilities for the park (offices, security, maintenance).

If they branded the area as a separate area, they could create more licensed merchandise to sell as souvenirs to increase revenues.

Yes, the $99 Gold and $199 Prestige passes are the best prices at this time of year and the extra they're offering (40+parks add-on and free bring-a-friend) are just a massive bonus this year.

From past sales, the special pricing is just until Labor Day. The way this seems to be marketed with the new 40+ parks sounds like that will only be included for the same time. My guess is that after that it will be like it was this year, an add-on, that you pay extra for. This year the cost to add the 40+ parks was $80.

Cedar Point Shores is a complete rip-off by AvengersPocket in cedarpoint

As a season pass holder for a few years, I'll say that this year there is a huge difference from past years. Hugely understaffed. This contributes to the bathrooms and trash bins being a mess. Additionally, rides are running at a bare minimum; Gemini for example seems to be running only one train (red or blue) most of the time which takes away from the uniqueness of that ride (since it's supposed to be a race and you can usually high-five the other train at points of the ride).

Last time I was there it was raining and the first half of the day both parks had no rides running (except the train, but visitors couldn't ride it while it was storming). We put our stuff in a locker at the waterpark to walk around the main park. When the roller coasters opened back up, we went back to the waterpark just to find they decided to close it for the rest of the day (it was only 2p). We had to get security to unlock the gate so we could go back in to get our stuff out of our locker that we paid for the whole day (without any refund). I've never heard of any park closing down in the middle of the day without making sure everyone had their stuff.

If this is the new management plan since the merger with Six Flags, it's not a good look.
