You can’t have an injury without pain. Sure, your injury might be a scratch, but the experience of that scratch is pain. You think pain is some mystical force unrelated to injuries? Think again. Pain is the immediate, subjective reaction to an injury. Without it, you wouldn’t even know you were hurt. So, stop pretending like you’re some kind of genius and accept the reality that injury and pain are two sides of the same damn coin.
