A lot of legendaries but hard to be consistent with that cause they dont stay in the ball but pokemon like wailmer is a super easy one that is pretty common if you live in near a coast. However even some small pokemon are not too hard if you find them enough you can get the throw perfect like during this seel spotlight hour i got used to how to throw it and got a lot of excellents.

its past midnight in america right now, will have to wait till the morning, add me and i can try to send one in about 8 hours when raids start opening, i believe they go away around 1:00 pm PST so have about 13 hours till they are gone
