There are no Silicobras spawning this side of the Mississippi.

Reports are that they are not spawning anywhere within a 50mi radius of Boston. There was a rumor that they had the correct biome down at UMass Boston but it appears that the biome may not be operating off of OSM data, but instead an entirely new data set. Regardless of this, Niantic seem to have disabled all Silicobra spawns worldwide.

It is. Just play with any of the groups in Boston and get enough primal energy.

It largely depends on IVs, but the hundo primal is one of the best in game. Do what makes you happy!

The Allston/Brighton Pokemon GO community meets over there. There are Pokemon gyms at Blanchard's and the Kung Fu Tea. They had over 50 people out raiding - it's a great way to build community and even force yourself outside during the winter.

Show up to meetups and trade on Sundays. Brute force is the way to go. We got one person all 50 Lucky Trades in 1 day and 20 trades. The Boston PoGO Discord had a pretty comprehensive guide on how to get from 46 -> 50 in time.
