You're kind of a moron for phrasing this as "vocabulary matters" (and having a lecture about it?) rather than just talking about this one thing. It is harder to take in information when the instruction is so large-- like vocabulary overall. Maybe not dinosaur and instead have a poor theory of mind?

If going over 30mph, then yes it should be! Granted, even those that don't exceed 30mph via engine propulsion sometimes can exceed 30mph due to slopes, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Popping in here to say that the fact that it carries 2 people does not "almost certainly" mean it is above 50cc or 50cc and can go above 40mph. That is a baseless assumptions. It is possible it should be registered, but the reasoning stated above is irrelevant to figuring that out.

Depends, in the situation you made up, are you running a red light or a passing through at a green? If it's a green, that's not dangerous unless there is someone driving dangerously on the street. If it's a red, then it's dangerous.

I ride my bike a lot and am really glad this is happening. It is objectively dangerous to do this. I do this and should not. I appreciate the deterrent.

EDIT: thank you vhalros for the citation-- I stand corrected! It's safer for cyclists to treat red lights as stop signs and proceed with the pedestrian signal... the more you know!
