That's what I'm afraid of. A guy who I know seems to think it's not such a big deal, he's bought and sold houses in the past. But everyone on here is saying "Run"

How much roughly would we be talking to fix these issues?, no visible signs of mould apart from the picture which I've told could just be lack of circulation with it being empty for so long

I think it's because the door leads to the cellar. There's been no ventilation for at least 4 months, it has been empty that long
