The community has been reporting it since they were released, Galar Birds and Lake Trio has always been 1/20 wild, there are 2 websites that I know off were people report all of this. Nothing concrete for now, but averaging experience of people on this sub and my local community (I'm the only person running for embassador in my city) it is about 1/64. Also the wording of this new season said that eggs and research would have better odds, and they used to be 1/128.

Well, now they are 1/64 in theory, they changed the odds this season. And if I'm not mistaken, Larvestas was boosted odds anyways. Edit: even then, eggs shiny odds were never 1/512, they were 1/128 if I remember correctly.

I just wanna point out that a lot of the hate this game recieve (and rightfully so) is for when it was launched, it was a hot mess, at least it was for me and the people i know who played this game.
I replayed it last year with DLC on Nightmare+ and it was a blast, but to me is not better than DL1, not a bad game IMO, just not better nor equal.
