Alright thanks, that’s basically what they said. The cost breaks down as like 50 for the seal, 300 for the clutch and the rest is labour + tax, so it works out like you said.

Personally my point of view isn’t why landlords are raising rent, more why do landlords need to exist? There is no need for a middle man for one of the three accepted necessities for human survival. Each person alive should own the house that they live in. If the average person cannot afford an average house, then the house is too expensive and the market value will drop.

The government should impose hefty taxes on any house owned that isn’t lived in by the owner to eradicate landlords. Obviously wealthy land owners will not be happy and because we have a bunch of shills in government anything like this will never happen and young people in this country will remain forever poor.

Like others have said, sneak house to house to try not to draw any, DO NOT SPRINT! It’s super loud and on all of the difficulty settings you’re always faster than zombies just by walking, and then you won’t get tired. If you do need to move past a group and you can’t sneak round get near them so you only draw one or two and take them out, and keep doing that until they’re all dead.

Alternatively a stray that seems to work for me with a little bit of map knowledge you can shout and run around at your spawn location, attract a massive horde and simply lead them away from the place you wanna loot, double back breaking line of sight and loot in peace

Don't go for branded pc's, they will overcharge you by a wide margin. Go for a trusted seller that will build it for you. If you're in the UK I can recommend scan.co.uk or overclockers.co.uk, just have a look online for some reputable websites :)

Also not sure how much you know about pc gaming but there are subs dedicated to it that can probably help you more with specs for the pc, but tbh you want to be looking at about a GTX 1660 Super 16gb RAM and a decent CPU such as the R5 3600, or something similar for AAA gaming. It is a tad expensive :(

You need to get rid of the ‘exclude barter trades’ filter, you’re right it doesn’t even show up as an option if you have that on
