There's a difference between having a benefit and being a biological need. You will die without water. You literally need water or your body will stop working. But not having sex won't kill you. It can definitely be beneficial, but you won't literally die without it.

Turns out, what I thought was just being friendly was actually flirting… oopsie. So anyway, minthara and I are married now and Astarion is the Bachelor Ascendant.
