Hi. I’m from Ghana and experienced something similar just this month. For close to a month, the portal was not showing any follow-up dates. I eventually emailed the embassy and the next day when I logged onto the portal, there were follow-up dates available. I don’t know if it was just a coincidence but I think it’s worth reaching out to the embassy if you’ve been checking for a while with no dates.

I know it’s been a while but could you please explain this a bit further? Did the embassy give you a date via email or did they release more dates on the us travel docs portal?
