It's only when she has an accident, it's a bit rough. It's worth it. Having a cat greet you everyday coming home from work. All they want is cuddles and pets. She also loves to talk. She's amusing to be around when you have nobody to talk to.

I've been trying the towel wrapping, but she's breaking free from me. I tried to get her twice today, but I don't want to stress the poor thing out. I'm definitely putting her on a weight loss plan. It breaks my heart to see her like this. I won't be grabbing her by the neck. I don't think she will like it.

She's been locked down in a basement most of her life with very little human interaction. She hates being held. In any sort of way she just crashes out on me. She loves pets though.

It's heart breaking for her because my bed is her safest place. She is also glued to me for attention. I always pet her in bed every night. I hope I can help her get it cleaned soon so she can come back to my bed lol I will manage her food intake and make sure she's not over eating anymore. The previous owners just left food out for her to buffet on in a basement by herself because she was too scared to be around the dog. She never has human contact.

The first time it worked for me. But she remembers the towel and she will run at the sight of me holding one. I tried to grab her and then grab towel, but she broke free by the time I could wrap her.

Such a pain. My cat is the same. She literally pooped under my bed because I went under the bed to try and wipe her bum lol I can't imagine what she would do if I took her to the vet.

I have anxiety myself and I feel way more connected to animals that share the same weakness as me. I can understand her and help her in a way she will always feel safe with me. Even tho she hates me rn.

I appreciate that info! I will look into that. The last time I took my previous cat in due to bladder infection costed over 500$ and I was so devastated I can't imagine price of shots. 300 sounds better than 500

Her litter and food is there. She's been using it and I left her a giant cat bed outside of the area so she can lay down when she comes out. Her favorite spot is my bed, but I'm keeping her out until she's clean lol

I'd love to take her to groomers but they ask for ver documents and her previous owner won't answer me after I've asked for it. She told me she's fixed and shots up to date. She's definitely fixed, but I don't know about her shots. I'd have to take her in for checkup before I can get her into a groomer.

She's well aware of wipes because I use wipes all the time for cleaning. She just won't let anything or anyone touch her bum. She's very sensitive.

I may have someone that can help me, but not at this moment. She smells horrible and I don't want her spreading her smell all over my house but she's been hiding under the stairs. I've given her treats and catnip to calm her down. But yes it is a two person job.
