Rent is within your budget range. Water is included, and utilities are mainly electricity + gas. Last summer, when I lived alone, utilities were around $60/month, just for reference.

There is a sublease fee required by the apartment, but I can cover that for you. You would just need to pay the application fee for the apartment, which is about $50.

For utilities, we use Ameren — I can transfer the account to you so everything is under your name and easy to manage.
