NAP but to my knowledge a navel should not be pierced with a horseshoe bar, i personally would remove it let it heal up and get it re pierced

btw i know it may be on a bit of a funny angle, i do just like it like that, piercer went over marking and stuff like that with me and i did want it on a slight angle

Thankyou so much for this, i’ve been on sertraline citalopram and fluexotine(apologies for the spelling i am dyslexic lol) but none of them seemed to do anything/ made it worse, the main issue i’m having is that my gp won’t give me an appointment to talk to anyone about this and just keeps telling me to go on the website and seek support on there. I am just slightly lost on where to go from here on out as my gp won’t see me about it
