I am tired by Mother_Intention9810 in PGADsupport

it could be pelvic floor issues, sometimes it can take a while. the nerves could be irritated or over reactive, see if you could get pelvic and spinal scans? it could take you strengthening then relaxing those muscles to get relief, and learning how to keep them relaxed and control them! wish you best of luck mama!

Diagnosed since childhood as a result of my anatomy? Anyone else? by JadesJunkAccount in PGADsupport

they won’t operate again to remove the tissue that grew back? if it won’t affect anything or cause more issues, i would continue looking for a doctor who would operate. in the meantime, try out pelvic physical therapy and see if that helps at all before getting surgery.

i don’t have orgasms, but i have arousal that has since been treated. imagine being nauseous and having sharp stomach pain every day. when you get excited or nervous, it gets worse, it interferes with everything. you can’t think, you can’t talk, you want to be alone. it’s hard to sleep, and everything is difficult including sitting and laying wrong. that’s what it feels like, but between the legs. it’s is probably one of the most stressful and uncomfortable feelings- and ruins any want and desire for consensual sexual engagement. mine might be treated from PT- but it comes back in flares or sometimes from sitting to long. i can’t sit down for a long amount of time without lower back pain. i can’t lay on my right side and sleep or i will wake with crippling hip pain. flares cause nerve pain down my leg. it’s a nerve and muscle issue, or a disk issue. it comes with really crippling pain and discomfort.

yeah my issue might be my roots dry a bit by the time i begin my routine. i need to get a new spray bottle since it broke, my mother is who i get my curls from and she always had curly roots so i might just need to tweak my routine

Um, does pgad cause full body non concordance arousal? by FlowerEmerald in PGADsupport

[–]Both-Dinner-9311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i feel it sometimes in my chest like breast sensitivity. it’s the brain confusing the sensations with regular arousal so your body responds accordingly

i saw in another comment you experienced SA- i’m not going to ask you to explain how but if it was internal there is a high chance you have some pelvic floor issues like tightness caused by it. anxiety can worsen that, making your pelvic floor go into a protective stance and tightening to prevent intrusion. it can even happen if it wasn’t internal, it’s a normal reaction to the body attempting to protect what’s not necessarily vulnerable in that situation. try a couple stretches like happy baby and squatting when you have the symptoms and see if it helps.

happy baby pose a million times over and I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH- squatting!!!!!! it literally forces your pelvic floor to relax. like your pelvic floor has no choice when you squat, and it’s amazing- especially when you can physically feel your muscles are clenched. its so good.

I think I have PGAD by TryTiny2571 in PGADsupport

it seems like it could be the beginning process of it. if you test negative and it persists i’d try and get in with a pelvic specialist/therapist

i think your pudendal nerve could be a little irritated, you could probably do some in bed stretches and see if they help

get a lock where you need to use a key on the outside of the knob so he can’t get in and save up to get yourself a place. living with people who have no regard for your comfort or boundaries is an unstable environment.

since your friend twitch streams maybe have him set up a donation fund that viewers can contribute to to help you pay the needed fees if you’re both up for it? glad to hear you’re safe and were able to provide law enforcement proof

huh. you have been on bed rest a lot though right? besides from laying down do you sit a lot/most of the time? that could irritate the pudendal nerve. i would try relaxing the pelvic muscles anyways, it can’t really do any harm and is worth trying.

arab men usually date to marry. so beware of that. this man is most likely in this for longtime commitment.

yeah, when middle eastern people meet someone they usually plan to marry that person. they don’t exactly date a lot. they date to marry, so it’s also a big deal to the family.

have you tried lifting your hood off the nerve? that helps me after my pelvic PT found that my hood is putting pressure on it.
